Our AI video service provides automated content creation and publishing tools, including: AI-generated video content using machine learning models, automated publishing to social platforms, content scheduling and management, and media asset management.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our AI video services, you agree to provide accurate input materials with proper licensing, review all AI-generated content before publication, maintain valid platform API credentials, and comply with all content policies of target platforms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of input materials and final video outputs. By using our service, you grant CanalDark.ai a limited license to process content through our AI systems. AI-generated elements are provided under perpetual commercial license.

5. AI-Generated Content

You agree to disclose AI-generated content when required by law or platform policies, and not misrepresent AI outputs as purely human-created without proper disclosure. Final responsibility for content verification lies with the user.

6. Scheduling and Publishing

While we strive for reliable delivery, platform availability and exact timing cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for ensuring scheduled content complies with all platform guidelines. Third-party API changes or service disruptions may affect delivery.

7. Payments and Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until canceled. We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions. Service may be suspended for late payments after 7 days' notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend services for AI system abuse, repeated content policy violations, or unauthorized access attempts. Users may terminate service at any time through account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• AI-generated content removal by platforms
• Algorithm changes affecting video performance
• Automated publishing workflow disruptions
